My mic in sound settings, Discord and OBS shows it is activating and recieving my voice but i have 0 output. Even when i test via voice & video on Discord i see it activate but i hear nothing. When i run a stream it shows activation but outputs nothing

And now it randomly works but then doesn't. Very irritated please help. Win 11
