I'm having problems on boot, and they don't occur when I use HDMI compared to DP. I've reinstalled my gpu drivers already using DDU, and at this point im almost positive it's the card or my PSU.

this started happening once i switched from my 1060 6gb

i was using displayport on that card and it was fine

i have a 3070 now from EVGA

850w power supply, I wouldn't think that would be an issue

also from evga if that matters

this issue doesn't really affect anything other than i can't select which OS i want to boot into until i reboot (i use a dual booted system)

after successfully booting into an OS this problem does not occur until a full shutdown

any chance u can try with a new cable?

and just the other fault isolating steps like trying monitors with other devices and the pc with other monitors etc if available

i had bought a new cable and nothing changed, when i use HDMI on that monitor instead of DP it works fine, ill see if i can swap DP monitors if thats the issue

have you tried using the system with a normal single boot?
