You might run into performance problems due to overheating
It might not be that bad because of the side vents.
I'm running a 3060Ti myself on the Dell G5s weak ass 460W PSU and it works with ease. Not even the fact that it can only supply 216W on the PCI-e power cable is a problem as the GPU normally draws around 50W from the PCI-e slot
But if your case doesn't feature any vents, do something about that
