my friend i flash the iso in the usb i choose boot i get to this screen

but you can see that his pointer appears mine doesnt

i believe its a usb 3 problem because my keyboard and my mouse wont light up

thus i am looking for a solution

my question is do i need to install specific drivers and if so how will i be able to do that when i havent installed the operating system?

You have to either create a modified install image with the driver and unattended install or use a working port during installation - say a regular USB2 port.

For newer systems (and in general) you will have a better experience with a more modern operating system that is still receiving support, like Windows 10/11.
