just cleaned the cooler from a lot of dust and when placing it back in, only 2 screws click in but the other 2 won't budge, what could be causing this?

the two circled ones are the ones that won't click in

1 2
center
3 4

Then start with either 1 and 4, or 2 and 3, and then try
