Hello guys, i just need some quick windows tech help. So i left my computer on in a class (big mistake) and some mf did something to it. Every time i use the snipping tool, it says a meme sound like EEEH EH EH EHHHH EH. you just a meme sound. How the hell do i fix this lol
i haven't noticed any other sounds changed

You're going to want to edit System sounds, sounds like someone swapped out some files there.
(Windows Key -> Edit System Sounds)
