Got an MSI GTX 1050 off Ebay for a gaming PC I was building for a friend. I got it and this happened (the images attached) when I turned the system on. It does it for all the ports on the card and I tried different cables and installed it in my PC to see if it fixes it, it didn't. The computer works fine with a GT 710 but when I put that specific card in it gives me this weird static. I ended up getting a refund but the seller didn't want to card back. I can't find anything online to tell me whats wrong. Anyways I was wondering what the issue is with the card and if its salvageable. I would prefer not to throw it away if possible so if it is unusable is there any place I could donate it to?
