PC starts the boot process but power cycles when the boot debug light activates

Brand new mobo so I'm really hoping it's a fluke

32GB Corsair vengeance LPX 3200cl16
Powercolor RX6700 XT

XMP is enabled

It is worth mentioning that a CMOS reset did restore post, but as soon as I enabled rebar again it repeated

Sounds like you need to RMA the board or do without REBAR
