Replaced 3 Bottom Fans. 2 Middle ones stopped working after that (resolved itself?)

3 of my P12PWM PST Arctic Fans stopped working last week. Ordered 3 Lian-Li fans to replace them this week. Changed those but now 2 of my middlefans stopped working. middlefans were originally connected to those P12PWM Arctic fans (Ref Picture 1)
My middle fans are Arctic as well except they got different connectors. They are currently unplugged Model name: Just P12PWM
I Tried to connect them to the same fan cable as my top fans but for some reason they don't get any power from those (Ref Picture 2)
Will try to post more info if necessary.

Actually just as i wrote this i realized that those 3 from picture 2 come from my CPU as those would been normally used by it so I'm not even sure are they supposed to give off any power.

Darn seems after removing those broken arctics I just might need a splitter. Problem resolved in a way.
