I'm getting error code 55, which is DRAM not detected/found. I bought new memory G-Skill DDR5 on the vendor list for my Z690-E Asus Board. And still getting the same error. So i'm pretty much going to rule out a memory issue. The CPU is a 12900K.

I'm thinking I fried the CPU on Motherboard by running the incorrect power to it. It calls for dual 8pin for the CPU and I used a 8 & 4pin connector instead. It worked for 5mins and then froze. Perhaps I fried the memory controller on the CPU? Perhaps I fried the motherboard? Who knows

I've successfully reflashed the BIOS using BIOS Flashback, and that didn't help

#

And the CPU gets hot to the touch, so i'm assuming it's getting power.

Would like to know which part to order.. a new CPU on a new motherboard?

That's not going to fry it. Remove all memory from the system and then follow your manual's procedure to clear the CMOS.

Also note that in some instances of the LGA 1700 ILM defect, memory issues can occur. The first 10 minutes of this video tell you everything you need to know.
