Hello,
I built a new PC like 1-2 months ago,
I've noticed that I'm getting the most annoying coil whine from either my PSU or GPU.
The whine happens even when GPU is not under heavy load but rather when I play a game that's using like 10% utilization.

The GPU is:
AMD RX 6800
PSU:
Gigabyte P750GM

I tried connecting my GPU with 2 cables rather then using 1 with 2 jacks but that didn't help at all.
Now I don't know if 750W is too low for my system and that's the issue or could something else be done.

Well high fps can make coil whine

It's always locked to 60, since I have 60Hz monitor at the moment

Here I recorded how it sounds, around 40sec I started Atl+tab out of the game and you can hear the coil whine stop immidiatly
