I'm not to sure about the shortcuts but when it comes to the files from your laptop, you can use an ethernet cable to connect both your laptop to your new pc to transfer files. (Search how to do it on youtube or you can use an app that's made for sending files through the cloud) If you have legitimate games bought form steam or epic games (if you play video games, I would suggest redownloading them, because I've tried to get both epic games and steam to recognize the games from a drive that I had used for an older windows install and couldn't get it to work.
