Where did you buy this from? That is definetely not a 3090Ti that you got. IDEK what card that actually is but judging by the fact that the only video ouptut is DVI, it has to be like 6-7 years old or more. That's why I'm scared to buy used parts. But where I live in a shop that we have, I might be much luckier as it's local to my country only
