Hello! I'm trying to boot Windows for ARM on my 2021 Macbook Pro, but I do not see the option for picking it as a startup disk. Is there a way to override this and allow it to boot the installation media and install windows alongside macos?

Windows isn't directly supported on M1 macbooks

Can't even use bootcamp

It should theoretically run on M1 though, it works through Parallels. I know there isn't an official way to install it, but is there a known workaround using bless or something similar?

If not, I'll just give up and keep using mac os

As far as a known workaround, there are none that I know of.
