So my friend installed new graphics drivers today, and after installing them he has gotten the automatic repair loop, we've tried every command that we can find on the internet, and when he goes to reset his pc and get a fresh copy of windows, it just tells him that he cannot reset his pc. Can't boot into safe mode either, we dont know what else to do. im grateful for any help
note: not sure if the account is admin, but i dont know if theres a way to access/make a new account from the automatic repair loop. this is also windows 11
