I haven't done anything yet, I am still on the msi click bios 5 screen, and I don't know what to do. Even just getting to the basic windows screen will be enough.

you have to make a bootable usb stick on another computer and then you can boot from that and install windows
if you search how to make bootable windows usb you'll get a good guide
