i have similair build with a 6600 and also stutter and get low fps and games sometimes take forever to load ive been searching for weeks and havent found fix

Looks like that should probably be fine. Could be your internet or your drive (HDD, SSD, M.2?) that could be very full or causing the slowdown.

Try restarting your modem and router, check task manager performance while it's open to see if anything is at 100%, and check your settings in fortnite to see if they can be optimized for your comp. I'd also recommend checking your AMD Software (Adrenaline) and check your settings in that as you can set it to performance or gaming, etc.

I think it is cause of bad optimization, because others games run perfectly fine, and I even got 11000 points in time spy
