i did, they said the warranty doesn't cover it
not sure what you can do then. I would talk to whoever sold it to you
Thats Pretty normal tbh. they normally have some kind of clause that you need to have x amount of dead/bright pixel before they can accept the panel as defective. I agree with @abstract kraken if the manufacturer isn't helping the only recourse is to see if where you got it from allows for returns etc.
