Have you messed with anything in the BIOS? Sometimes Bluetooth registers as a Serial device and so if you turn those off your bluetooth disappears

I dont believe so. I did recently do a case swap and psu upgrade since i got those for christmas

Is there something else that could have broke bluetooth?

You could take a look and make sure nothing got disconnected on accident when you swapped cases, but, if it's not showing in Device Manager that's a pretty strong indication that it's either hardware or BIOS

nothing was disconnected. the bt is built in the board

so what are my next steps?

bt is not enabled in bios, it was set to auto, trying enabled now
