#PC takes 2 times to boot

I recently upgraded my ram from 16gb of 2600mhz DDR4 ripjaws to 32gb of 3600mhz DDR4 Corsair Vengance RGB Now whenever i start my pc it dosent post, anmd i have to holkd the power button, turn it back on and it boots, Do you know what's happening?

Go into BIOS and reset all your defaults. It is having to retrain the memory on boot because it is using old memory settings.
