So my screen randomly freezes when im using my computer. drivers are up to date and temps are fine am i missing something? Shortcuts n shit like that dont work my temporary fix is using the restart button and i use 2 screens on a amd rx 5700 and it even happends when im just watching yt with nothing on

It almost makes me wonder if theres a power issue with insufficient power to your GPU, which will lead it to freezing/crashing,

I’d check all your physical connections. Then do a fresh full power cycle and pull up event viewer when it’s back up.

If it’s the GPU you should see some notation of that within the logs under one of the two top “severe” type categories.

Fysical connections are all good took em out and put them back in

could u exlpain a little better on what i should do in event viewer

but shouldnt the power spikes also happen when im in a high demanding game

cuz when im playing cyberpunk or smth in doesnt happen it only happends when i play it for like a few hours
