My laptop shutdowns randomly when turned on.
I checked the windows logs, only found these two logs when it turns off
Kernel 41 Critical Event Message - The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
Error Message - The previous system shutdown was unexpected.
Also when it's in off state, power button fails to respond most of the time.
When this happens, I have to reinsert the battery to turn it on
