Look in the motherboard documentation and see what the light means.

Can you get a better picture of the orange light?

It looks as though it's a light from the GPU in this picture. Double check the power cables on GPU are connected properly and the GPU is seated in the PCI slot nicely.

i think that lights means that your motherboard has power

usually the light comes from the clip of the pcie slot and some other parts of the motherboard

if you dont believe me, try switching off the power supply and press the pwer button for 5 seconds
