Hello People! I have just recently upgraded my system from a b450 f gaming motherboard and a R7 2700x to a b550 f gaming and a R5 5600X, After I had upgraded my hardware I had found out that when ever I plug in my ethernet cable into my pc that Windows will detect that it is connected with the logo but I will have no connection to the actual internet.. Currently I am using a TP link usb thing to connect to the wifi but would love to fix this as soon as possible!

First off, im a bit confused when you say, "Ethernet being Detected but no wifi", when you say "wifi" do you mean internet?
