#Browsers load webpages slowly despite fast internet

I can test my internet, and get around 800mb/s up/down, however websites in multiple browsers load very slowly. Other applications are unaffected. It might be due to the fact that I had uninstalled Cloudflare WARP [changes dns to 1.1.1.1 easily], due to it conflicting with a few programs, however I do not see any obvious changes. Any ideas on why this might be happening?

And yes, I have tried ipconfig /flushdns

Also, now for some reason I have terrible upload speeds

I HAVE FOUND A SOLUTION

THIS ONLY APPLIES TO VERIZON ONTs, G3100 ROUTER, AND INTEL NICs
Go to Control Panel -> Network and Internet -> Network and Sharing Center
Change Adapter Settings -> Click on which ever connection you have

Then, click Properties and click Configure to open up a menu
Click the Advanced tab and disable TCP and UDP Checksum Offload for IPv6
