#Please insert disk into USB Drive

i connected my usb flash drive into PC, and it shows it like this
and i try to open it and it says please insert disk into USB DRIVE, i tried to format it, but i couldt beacuse it says the same "There is no disk in Drive E" "Insert a disk, and then try again"
then i go to disk management and i see this
so i just dont know what can it be problem, and how can i solve it
i searched it on youtube, but i cant find a solution

Try using diskpart to clean the disk, and then add a new volume

If that doesn't work then RIP usb

but then still when i replug it in, and went into disk managemt

it was all the same

then my PC RIPPED
