Help with Windows settings and dark theme.

Im struggling with turning windows into dark mode. Specially cause my windows 10 settings does not look like the settings i see on every single video or help link to turn windows dark on google.

I just reinstalled my windows and my settings did look like this last pic before. But not anymore after the update.
I dont have all those settings. Its like its in compact mode, but i dont know how to fix that.
