#GPU DirectX Error?

My friend's having issue with her Zotac 3070Ti. Experiencing crashes in games after around 5 minutes in every game. I ran furmark and this happened after around 5 minutes. The eye disappeared and gpu load dropped (probably crashed). Any ideas? I have rollback the nvidia driver to 526.98, didn't solve the issue. Ran Final Fantasy XIV and when it crashed, the log showed something about dx11.

Here's what I tried:

  • clean uninstall with DDU
  • clean install nvidia drivers both latest version (527.56) and 526.98
  • updated windows (Windows 10 22H2)
