#Game runs with more FPS when tabbing out of it

Hi Guys, soo when I tab out of one of my games uses more of the GPU and gets more FPS. When I am tabbing out GPU has around 60% usage but when I am in tabbing back into game gpu runs at around 30ish% and I get way lower FPS then when being tabbed out. So, does anyone of you have an idea why that happens and maybe knows how to fix it? 😄
