Bootlooping

whenever i power off my pc and turn the plug off and then reboot it the bios and time resets and this error shows up. it takes 2 tries to boot when this occurs. i tried to replace the CMOS battery but that did not help. any help?

Yeah get a new battery, if this does not help the memory of the bios is just straight up too old to maintain its capacity.

Is there a fix? Maybe a new bios version might help but no guarantee
