So I have an msi twin 7 2060 super and as of thanksgiving (what a time) it has stopped putting a display past the msi splash screen to go to the bios. Any advice on what might of caused this or possible repairs would be appreciated. Error happened to me twice first time in star Citizens rebooted system monitored for about 45 minutes doing the actions in game didn’t repeat it. Second time has yet to recover all I get is some green a blue dots this one errored out while booting up railroads online to a private server leading to the attached video after 2 reboots.

The monitor will boot and do it’s test screens just fine so it is in my mind either the cable or the gpu any tips or advice would be great

do you got a seperate GPU to test or an IGPU on the CPU?
if thats the case you could just bypass using the motherboard and ignore the 2060 Super.
if you still have guarantee of the store, bring it back
as this is not good behaviour of any GPU at all

Sadly I don’t have that or I would test that. Since it happened on me while in game I know my system was still running as I was still able to talk to mate in discord both my monitors went dead is what happened. The green dots I had were a single line. And the rest of the display was not operating. Rebooted this morning and it worked fine.
