Hey guys, I have a Dell pc that I use as my HTPC but it's been randomly freezing and going black screen. It turns back to normal after a few seconds. Upon inspection, my PSU is giving out incorrect voltages. I've tried 3 other PSUs but it's still having the same issue.

8GB DDR3
512GB SSD
1TB HDD

Well, you already figured out that its not a PSU issue

That leaves the CPU, motherboard, and RAM as possible issues
