#IOS 16 push notifications not working

So, the Instagram app won't show push notifications no matter what. Phone reset? Nothing. App reinstall? Nothing. Instagram settings? Nothing.

Any ideas??

My instagram won't show badges on the icon since iOS 13. You can check/uncheck every setting, reinstall, even wipe your phone clean and set it up as a new phone, still wont work. I'm convinced its on Meta and their lack of attention with the Instagram app. I assure you it is not iOS 16.
