i spilled water on my keyboard and keys won’t work i belive the boards insides were damaged. any way to fix this for free

Depends if you are willing to open it up. If so open it, dry it off

#

Make sure all fluid is completely wiped off especially out of the charging port

dry it out real good and cross your fingers. doing it while it's on might fry something but idk i'm not an expert ~~9/10 dentists reccomend~~
