Hi, I have an extension called "Apps" that says it's managed by my organization and I can't uninstall it. All it does is change my default search browser to yahoo, but when I googled it I learned that was a virus. I have tried malwarebytes and reinstalling chrome, but it's still there. The ID of it is "pejhfhcoekcajgokallhmklcjkkeemgj", but I couldn't find anything useful when googling that. Is there a way to break out of the "organization" and delete it?

You have a browser or OS that's is controlled by another organization. Is your system part of a domain or has a management agent from an enterprise / corp support service.
This extension could be part of the security sweet suite installed.
Oops nevermind ignore everything.
Boot into safe mode and try to disable and remove.
@cyan garnet it was still under the organization's management when I safe booted it
Yes after safe boot then attempt to uninstall any extension or undesired software. Run Malware Bytes and a Windows Defender security scan.
