Occasionally I'll get a blue flyout notification from the right side of my screen with a header like "message from xbox" that is advertising some new game or something of the sort. It doesn't happen often but it's very annoying when it does, especially if I'm in a full screen game already, it forces you to dismiss it, and is accompanied by an annoyingly loud noise.

I can't find any setting to stop this behavior altogether. Is there a way to stop these?

As it turns out, these messages are coming in as chats it seems. I found a history of them in the xbox windows 10 app and it's listed as a "missed chat"
