Has windows randomly set your refresh rate to 10??

nope, in settings it was at 165, same as monitor
and yet again, the mouse was moving at 165, just nothing else so it's not a monitor or refresh rate thing

came back after 30 minutes, and its suddenly fixed which is weird

idk what caused it, idk what uncaused it
