I’ve got this sort of defect/degradation on two different LCD displays. This one is my laptop (1080p), and another is on my secondary desktop monitor (1440p) Thankfully there are no issues on the identical desktop display that I game on, though I doubt it would really be noticeable as is it quite small.
It looks sort of like the backlight is showing through more in this one spot? I assume this is not fixable.
