ok help me out here. laptop's been having some issues lately
so i have the ideapad flex 5 gen 7 with 5700U. the os is win 10. i updated the bios a week ago. display is touch screen. so sometimes when i want to use the touchscreen occasionally you know, the touchscreen doesnt respond. even if it did respond, it would respond in like 5 seconds or so. so when it doesnt respond, around a minute or so, windows sometimes just crashed saying its a power state failure. sometimes this would also happen not only to the touchscreen, but to the trackpad also. now, heres the thing, between the time span from the touchscreen and/or trackpad not responding to windows crashing because of said power state failure, the keyboard still works like windows still works fine just the trackpad and/or touchscreen wont respond. is there any fix to this
btw the laptop is literally brand new like its only been a week.
im guessing this is because of light sleep or something but i dont think it should crash windows honestly.
normally its the trackpad or touchscreen works perfectly fine. it felt responsive and such so idk what is causing such a problem
