Yesterday everything was working fine, today my PC has decided to be completely stupid and refuse to connect to any bluetooth device. My phone picks up the devices easily so it's not the devices. I tried updating drivers, turning my PC off and on again multiple times, and restoring it to a previous version with no effect.
