Don't buy windows, there are several ways to activate it for free or dirt cheap
Get a more reputable 1000W power supply https://cultists.network/140/psu-tier-list/
You don't need all those fans. And there are just as good ones for much cheaper
The Deepcool AK620 will be a better cooler for half the cost

I already have Windows license so that is only to show what I run,

1000W is my main reason to ask this since I am not sure

I have 4 120mm fans there and just Thought of adding extra for more Cooling

And the Cooler, I fell in love with Noctua after having 2 AIO die on me after 6 months.

The AK620 isn't an AIO, it's just a better-performing air cooler

#

You don't need all those fans, period
