Update: i did find some sort of mention of the fans (not on the manual) i tried plugging in both cables into the seperate argb/rgb ports and nothing worked, but here it is if it helps. (also the case is out of stock and over 25 dollars from my initial purchase, so if i were to return it i would make some sort of win, but would have to go thru the troubling proccess of finding a simmilar case, especially with the horrible stock in egypt)
