friends pc is making a SUPER weird noise, and it has carried over from new everything except motherboard and cpu
new ram, new cooler, new gpu, new case, new fans, new power supply
and hdd is now gone fully switched to a ssd

It's almost like its coming from something on the motherboard, no fans are hitting cables nothing from the aio
and there are no fans on any chipsets on the motherboard, pc works flawlessly otherwise
