If the heatsink has its own way of being screwed down, yea you'll be fine. It's what I do on my motherboard
You won't need an individual screw on the nvme drive. The thermal pad might get pretty sticky to the drive, but it's not permanent in my experience
The screw for an nvme drive is really just to keep it down, the heatsink would be doing that job in your situation
