finally back up and running. had to do a bios update to get my board to see my CPU as 3.2ghz instead of 1.55ghz. was weird. anyway got my other card i had laying around, flashed a new bios to the card so it would actually work with windows 10 (no GOP apparently) got that working, split my cpus again from 6 to 4. and got my WU's. its been an adventure. but get a load of them apples. im actually mildly impressed at how well the 650 is doing.

im thinking 12 threads split among three while slower on each gets more done overall by maybe a small margin. its working so far anyway. on my first split from 12 to 6 thread on each folding slot i gained about 7 minutes on my ETA's. didnt track the spilt to 4's though

depends on how well the software is programmed to run on the gpu
and they tend to be rather bad on performance, hence why we still use seperate cpus and gpus

and it should load information about the job

so, i notice when my CPU is not processing a WU, it's still pinged at 100% and temps around 43 C, steady. I removed my CPU from the Advanced Control window, my cpu temp dropped to 21 C.
