@coarse grove Frontier does suck, yes. But the problem with a lot of places that have service levels is...you're paying for a particular service. They introduce new versions of the service that don't replace yours, so you keep paying whatever amount for it. They still haven't figured out a way to automagically migrate people to new, lower priced plans or to inform them a newer and better plan is available which will save money. Or they have and don't want to implement to take advantage of those that couldn't care less.
