It's a 1991 Dodge Daytona. This particular one is actually a Shelby albeit by this point it was really just in name. This body ran from 1987-91 and they are mostly all mopar. Could be had with 2.2 & 2.5L 4cyls with or without turbos or the Mitsubishi 3L v6
This one is a turbo 2.5 with a fair bit of work on the motor.

there's some onramps here that are downhill and then uphill onto the highway
why do you wait to accelerate to the uphill

I mostly dislike the German onramps, they're like a sharp 90 degree turn, then a 3 ft long merge lane and that's it

I ordered an e-up from VW in February and the guy there called me that expected delivery times range from 6-8months currently. They gave me the confirmation with the delivery time "to be determined".
Two months later in April, they gave me a new confirmation with it saying delivery in November.
One week before November Hits, I got a new letter....
Expected delivery: January 2021.
..."expected"... So it could be March or April too...
