So I upgraded my car radio to an aftermarket one with CarPlay and android auto. There’s only one USB port on the radio itself to connect to cable to I would most likely have to take apart the front to get to the USB port in the back. Currently it’s using a lightning cable. So TLDR: is it possible to use a cable to convert lightning to type-c that I could plug in an android phone and get android auto?

Well my car there no room and the cable from the unit was to short. So I unfortunately had to drill a small hole to fit the cable though. But the question remains would a usb splinter work? One for iPhone and one off android of course I would only have one hooked up at a time

They are usually good for a couple of years. It all depends on how you store them.
With the driving I'm doing, then they will be worn out before dry rotting, etc becomes an issue.

take the charger, Ive driven a 300c V8 and was told the charger is a much lighter version of the 300c, the charger go take a look at it if your close enough and double check it and take it for a drive around the block make sure it feels right and if it doesnt dont get it

I started it from the hill
And it won't start again
When I connected a shunt to the battery
There was a 500 mah power draw
The battery when it would not start was at 12.20v
I didn't messure the cranking power
I don't have a powerful enough shunt to do it
but the voltage dropped to like 11.60v
