It managed to destroy all the chain guides
So I replaced the chains, guides, and tensioners
Along with a head gasket and new intake valves
Did new gaskets all the way around
Two months later, it blew the new Fel-Pro head gasket and lost all it's oil, snapped a timing chain and spun a main bearing.

@fierce gate someone recommended I try a reverse threaded drill bit to try and drill it out. I was gonna try and do that and see if i could get it out like that along with the bolt extractor kit. The bolt itself isnt essential as the other 4 are torqued to spec. Someone even said i could probably just put some RTV gray on it and call it a day
