You shouldn't have any issues.
but maybe because its diesel
well it can end well
but its proven repairs are usually more expensive
my x5 was bought brand new
In my mind German cars are pretty damn greay
and broke down at 15k kms
and the bmw dealership we bought it from
565s are cool and all
took about 5 months to repair it
Only good German cars are 80s and 90s Mercedes diesels. Change my mind
easy
but 572s are the real winners
tick of death.
A lot of 90s Mercedes diesels had failed seals.
Basically killed the engine.
sorry, "black death"
well, this is the glk deisel, and the only problem we had was a thermometer failing, but other than that has been amazing
if i was in the market for a luxury german sports car thats used, i'd probably go cls63
long story short. The engine would shit itself to death.
jeez, that looks horrible
upside. If you know what to look for. You can buy a discount diesel and do a quick fix on it.
THAT engine is beyond saving.
Why don't people catch it? Plastic engine covers.
It's baked on carbon.
Jesus Christ
A fuel injector seal starts leaking.
i dont even know why they still put those on, its a pain in the ass for everyone to deal with
Next thing you know your car shit itself to death.
Engine covers? They suppress injector tick.
They also dampen noise
And in a few cases manage heat.
i wouldn't think by much, aren't they just thin sheets of plastic?
Depends.
at least in my car it is
that makes sense
Not the greatest photo by me
but the 6.4's dont have that issue π
not to a huge extent at least
Id if I'd ever call an engine cover an issue
yeah, my honda just has a tiny plastic sheet over the top of the engine, and that is the whole engine cover
that 6.4 Cover snaps right off tho
It's just a cosmetic thing to make the car look better
takes a little bit of a presure
My car has no cover.
i mean then again
i would never touch my engine cause Chrysler would void the warranty like that
ive heard people getting "Warranty check up calls" from Chrysler, for vehicles they havent owned for years
lmao, thats rediculous
those are probably scams.
no the dealerships do actually call you about them
so scams
it was the legitimate dealership number when my friend got the call
he just hasnt owned his charger for about 3 years
Why else would a dealer call you with an extended warranty offer?
Pretty sure the moparmemes guy on instagram recorded his call about his mopar 11 which he sold in 2014 in a call he got like 3 weeks ago
ive gotten a call about my hellcat but, rather not pick that one up knowing what would happen
lmao, my dad keeps getting mail from the local chevy dealer asking him to trade in his truck because unlike every other used pickup in the area, it wouldn't have over 100k miles
could i get a translation π€£
Sounds like a cracking deal you go there
I'd go for it
lmao 8c to giulietta
isnt that a downgrade
since 8c is more valuable, better looking and faster?
im officially starting my 5.0 new edge build next week
the coyote is supposed to arrive this friday from calgary
aren't the Coyote engines built in Europe?
well this one is coming out of a wrecked 2019 gt
yeah got rearended by something
do a fullover as I wouldn't trust that engine to a guy who wrecked it in a year
did it
didnt look like it was his fault
the rear end was completely fucked
he didnt say what exactly hit him
but it was big
i had a mechanic i know up in calgary check the engine out
and he said it was mechanically great
considering it has 12k kms
atm im deciding between
Well I'd still do the small maintenance as the engine is out
just a normal 6 speed or a sequential
and its easy to access the parts
yeah gonna do everything i possibly can while its still not in the car
still have to rebuild my axles
get all the new suspension
cause im throwing around 500hp at a car that came with 260 stock
but from what i've read online
if youre swapping a coyote into any older mustang, new edge is the best platform
maserati hybrid be like
The 5.0s are built in Canada, pretty sure.
SN95... doesn't really matter.
They're still Fox Platforms.
Should be fun either way.
no.
This was the refresh of the first SN-95 Mustang.
The early 2000s one to be exact.
...Why would you want to import a mirage?
Seems like a lot of effort for a fairly lackluster car
I've always thought that the SN95 has tires that are a bit too thin
Like if the tires were a bit thicker, they wouldn't look as awkward from a side angle
@tender tusk yup that is the same complaint i had about my tires when i first got my sn95
got way thicker tires in the back
fixed that issue
@fathom socket I used Google image search and it appears to be an Isuzu Trooper 4x4
Thanks
true
That is the 2020 thing.
Even Google has the flat color thing going for Android.
Microsoft has the tile thing... same for apple.
Sometimes it works, sometimes it's BMW.
hah
Regular Car Reviews got their hands on a C8 Vette before other outlets have.
That is the 2020 thing.
Yeah I noticed... Not sure I like it
Both the logo's and 2020
BMW logo now makes me sick
I've complained this a million times already but I can't for the love of my live differentiate BMWs from each other.
I genuinely can't tell them apart
Also the huge kidney grills in some of their cars make me sick
Bwah they're not that hard to keep apart? Every models looks quite different imho
Audi is way worse
Yes I can tell apart the SUVs from the normal car line
And i3 and i8 from other cars
But that's it
2 series, 3 series, 4 series, 5 series all look the same to me
Idk if they still make 6 and 7
But if they do, I doubt I could tell them apart
I look at any german car, they all look the same
obv I can tell brands apart, but all models within a brand just blend together imo
but when I look at Japanese and American cars, I can (usually) instantly recognize the model by appearance
Except Nissans, I can't tell some of them apart, especially older ones
All Mazda's all look the same tho π€
I know heh
Sometimes have to drop down to fourth but it is quite obnoxious sounding
OOF
If I got overtaken by my car in fourth gear at 70mph id be laughing at all the noise it was making and how little it was going
The car im overtaking is pretty much the same as the car im driving
:^| Ive only got 70 odd horsepower before you account for drivetrain loss
I probs have around 83 at the wheels lmao
cars 930KG
The Prius is probs like 90 at the wheels, but has no incentive to move
unlike the RX-7, which has lots of incentive to move, but lacks the power to seem like its moving
I stg discord loves to break shit
Apparently Discord messed up my account
Nice
Nice
π

Prius drivetrain to RX7 swap?
The RX-7 doesn't need to get slower
that mpg though
But R O T A R Y P O W E R
Hybrid rotory when
A hybrid rotary would be really effecient
A rotary with laser ignition would be really efficient
laser ignition?
yes
that's a thing?
Yep.

And its how you fix rotary emissions
Laser ignition is more precise
and more powerful than spark
so you get stronger ignition and a cleaner better timed burn
There is only one hybrid I would ever buy...
and that is?
π€
id buy a 918 Spyder if i was filthy rich
well think about it
Why not best daily driver
prius slow tho eastman
But Porsche is overrated
tru
I have rotary for speed
a train is a giant diesel like prius lol
except you can haul everything behind it
ngl i wish they made a 3.3t G70 with hybrid assistance but there's no space for that in such a smol car
s p e e d
the trunk is already teeny in the G70
well i would take less weight over a hybrid
but weight distribution
big battery in the back helps equal out the weight of engine up front
wish i lived in an area that a rwd car would be functional
but once you drain the juice outa that battery its dead weight
but you can't drive a rwd car in the rain so it would have to be a summer car only
that's why you don't engineer the system poorly lol
awd g70 it is
many hybrid batteries can't but give a little assistance for a few miles at most
a proper hybrid system will maximize the electric powertrain without draining all of the power
also its not hard to drive a RWD car in the rain
those are plug-in hybrids
lol
its not remotely safe
a proper hybrid like the Prius is consistently combining both electric and ice
and it is safe @indigo coral , just learn how to drive
make sure you have decent tires and its just fine
don't be a mexican with bald tires
If you are crashing and spinning out in the rain on good tires, you are doing something wrong
I wouldn't feel safe driving a rwd car in anything besides perfectly dry concrete
and don't drive faster than conditions are safe
^
rain makes driving any car more difficult
account for conditions and limitations of the vehicle
maybe i'm just a bad driver but the back end of my car got kinda floaty on the highway while it was raining a couple times
the fact that you have a car being floaty means you are driving it too hard in the first place
I couldn't go any slower so /shrug
I was already going way slower than traffic in the slower lane
you can't be driving 70 MPH in a downpour
I was going 45
and?
70mph isn't legal here
The only times I've slid in the RX-7 was before I knew its limits. And ofc, only in rain. It has gripppp for days on dry pavement
Heck, i can drive RWD on snow and ice and be fine
good for you
Yea, I drove the RX-7 in a blizzard lmao
I guess i'm just an awful driver then /shrug
with no traction control system and no ABS
yep
have fun with that i guess
maybe I am just a shitty driver but idk what else I can do, walk?
we ain't got public transport here
get a 4 banger?
ABS just makes slowing down fast easy
You don't need ABS to slow down fast safely, its just harder
it would weigh less and have better gearing?
I refuse to buy a manual car
- I can't drive stick and 2. there's too many hills here
and 3. I don't trust myself enough to not screw it up
bruh hills are easy
^
practice
use handbrake as a crutch if you need to
no point in wasting money on a manual car that I can't drive
bruh
i tried driving my grandpa's old manual truck and it didn't go well
so
that is the end of that
you can drive it, you just refuse to learn
see automatics breed bad drivers as they refuse to learn
If I had your extreme lack of motivation, I would have given up and sold the RX-7 as soon as I stalled it and killed the fuel pump on my first drive
I don't see why an automatic transmission is sooo terrible. if you like manual have fun with that i guess but it doesnt mean automatics are bad
well there is so much drivetrain loss that they feel sluggish and are like driving a fat guy around.
I mean, I'm fine with automatics and people who don't want to drive manual. What I hate is when people don't follow traffic laws and when people refuse to even try or learn something else because they think they fucked it up or were traumatized by something
even if my car was a manual it would be like driving a fat guy around, its 3700 pounds with barely any power
plus a bad computer tune only focused on fuel economy makes them shift at all the wrong times.
Its not usually the computer
manual transmissions are lighter also
the trans is just setup poorly
they should have put the LS powertrain in my car instead of ES
I have seen some crappy tunes on some autos
I mean, most cars have garbage tunes from the factory
I mean my car was 0$ and has only been a couple hundred $ in work over the last 2 years and 30k miles so /shrug
y'all think its a bad car but its been pretty reliable
and most autos are garbage because the manufacturers don't care
You can make a good auto, with effort
when i upgraded to my camry from my corrolla, it had 234k miles on my 'new car'
still runs great
I had to fix front brakes
and do valve cover gaskets
(and did spark plugs while I was in there)
with the 4 banger i can still do 110 lol
the 2007 has decent auto
i was passing a semi and I just kept going
idk if i'll buy it at some point or not
ew
my next means of transportation will likely be a mid 80's Toyota hilux with a 4 banger diesel
ill have to import it
the old diesel Hilux are literally indestructible
https://seattle.craigslist.org/see/mob/d/seattle-iphone-11/7161267707.html
this ad is disgusting - in relation to your post up there
its a tank
but the column shifter is a bit of a nightmare on the manual ones
My next car will either be another RX if my current one has a big problem or a G70 if I can afford it by that point
my next car will be an AWD Previa
well the ones i am lookin at do not have a tree shifter
good
so
I'd get a 2012 RX450h if I could find a good deal on one
reliable & actually kind of fast
and decent mpg
suv
fast
decent mpg
32mpg city
then i can put a lift on it and paint it safety yellow
your issue is driving too fast
that's worse mpg than my brother's Lexus HS250h
so you aint gunna get 32
I don't drive that fast.....
I don't speed
I drive the speed limit
and I get 19mpg rn
actually, my mom's van gets better mpg than that
my dad got a new half ton duramax inline 6
got 18mpg while towing
a 4000 pound trailer
19/22 is what's expected for my car
I get way above EPA estimates on both my cars
I'm getting 22 mpg combined average on the RX-7
I should do a highway trip sometime just to see
but no i don't drive fast
I get about 48.7mpg combined average in the Prius
Yea I know, I'm just saying
I very rarely exceed 70, only when I passed someone briefly, just generally driving 5 over is the absolute max I'll do
so no, I don't drive too fast
the RX-7 loves cruising at 70
so what kinda tires are you using to make a RWD car a killer?
i don't have a rwd car rn, I have an awd car
I have el cheapo tires, and I have no idea what he means by "not safe"
my car is happiest cruising around 60mph so that works well for me
because speedlmiit is 60 here
my camry does 80 cruising fine in 6th.
on the highway
I mean, the RX-7 will cruise at pretty much any speed in any gear
but I get best mpg at around 70 and 55
if i went down to 70 i could prob get pretty good MPG but ehh
not treadwear wise but the rubber is ageing
both my cars need a tire rotation. The Prius needs one desperately
idk what i'll replace them with, they don't make my current tires anymore for my size unfortunately
I think the tires on the Prius have been in that config for......3 years?
my camry has one bum tire with a slow leak
i took it out and dunked it on soapy water and could not see anything
I have Defender LTX right now, but they starting to get old
I'll go take a picture in a little bit
Not 100% sure how long they've been on the car
so in the meantime i just fill it up every 2 weeks lol
The Prius is on generic Michelens, I could get better mpg with an eco tire. The RX-7 is on some generic all season tread, iirc they are some euro brand tire and extremely cheap
i just use some decent offbrands and they are fine
Not sure what I'll end up buying
The tires I put on the RX-7 were like $40 a tire
i wear the tires out before they age out and i geet good millage outa them
same
i get cheap tires
like the size is so generic
185/75R13 baby
Look at these baby wheels, s smol
i got so sick of waiting at tire shops
its cheaper to do it yourself
after like 15 tire changes
esp if you can get equipment used
so i do tire mounts as a side gig
not sure where the date code is on those tires so idk how old they are lol
Usually 4 digits in an oval
I wouldn't recommend off brand tires.
Last time I got the budget brands I spent 300 dollars replacing a control arm because I slid into a curb in the rain.

I'm getting Hankook's after the summer
Ventus Prime 3, which are very good tires performing just as well as Michelin or Continental, just not as expensive
I won't skim on safety and/or handling, but I don't like overpaying either
hankook are supposed to supply f1 after Pirelli i think
or at least theyre bidding for it
Very bold move Linus.
Careful or the uhhh... what did Rich call them?
The Muskateers will report your video. lol
I need to start downshifting when I drive past Teslas
I've mostly stopped noticing them.
every model 3 i see tries to race me
but they almost always have an N on the back of their car too
time to get a 3000 hp big block to style on those teslas
put that big block in a vauxhall victor
A normal Mustang, I get. But the Hertz exclusive version?
Looks like it was parked there over night because of the dew.
Maybe the guy working at Circle K that owns it?
mhmm
god bless murica
I actually don't remember if the 350H was branded as such anywhere on the car.
So you just have to know what it is.
I'd rather get gently used real tires than new offbrands
in fact i've done that and never had a problem
like 8/32 tread Michelins
Same. There is extra security with having tires from a premium brand.
I always go pirelli for all my cars
of course
Running nokian winter tyres all year
Driving a lot offroad
Winter tyres all year
Works fine for me .. Dont drive fast
@stoic ledge I live in Denmark .. We have like 2-3 weeks of summer with 25 celcius .. Maby 30 if its really really hot
Rst of summer is like 15-20 celcius and many rainy days
Winter you never know .. But can be really cold
I drive a lot off road and never fast (if i wanna go fast ill take my 2 wheeler)
Need tyres with nice grip
Ah well, the thing is, even when like 10Β°C or above, when you have to brake hard the soft compound will be rubbish
Although I get it, I drive all year round on summer tires
needs a 572 cubic inch chevy v8
Yes LS Swap it
The king of all Rat engines, the ZZ 572/720R big block is Chevy Performance's baddest crate engine - see images, dyno specs, installation info and more.

@devout atlas ofcourse, it will also have instant traction
What's so limited about jeep patriot
@fathom socket the life expectancy

@devout atlas ofcourse, it will also have instant traction
@stoic ledge in fact, it's a teleportation device. Instantaneous transport

But then it doesn't physically do any speed.
But then it doesn't physically do any speed.
@civic spoke it has a peasant mode, 0-60 in 1s
wasn't there some guy with a vauxhall victor that does 0-60 in 1s?
But if it's teleportation. Then it is no speed.
In this classic clip, Jonny visits the world's fastest street legal car, going 0-60mph in 1 second.

0-60 mph is pretty much only possible with non-street tires and on prepped surface.
I can beat that
0-60 mph is pretty much only possible with non-street tires and on prepped surface.
@civic spoke
Or using maneuvering Thrusters of rockets as boosters with compressed air like Tesla
Yβall got any station wagons to show me
that ferrari actually doesnt look terrible
It's easy to tell that the bike belongs to my boss.
Zoom in on the silver transmission cover.
Camera gets screwed up in the middle of the pass, but you can see the launch and the time board.

is it a 572 cubic inch big block though?
Yesn't
my replies are limited
it's either a panther body
or a big block
because I know nothing else
god bless murica

Today on The Skid Factory Al & Woody head up to Goleby's place to tear down some JZ Engines and talk about some key differences.
If you like what you see then Share...
The difference is that they're both overdone, too mainstream, and not something cooler
JZs are nice motors, but it falls into the bin alongside RBs, LS, and other popular motors.
Everyone and their dog rants and raves about them
They ended up a popular choice for modding because they are so easy and robust.
Yea, and unfortunately became mainstream
The LS is a hotter cam away from too much power.
Stock JZs were a set of headbolts away from performance.
And RBs... lol never made it to the US.
But we also have the EJ25 and 4G63.
I guess... dunno the Modular/Coyote... maybe?
I have an extreme dislike of mainstream shit
Partially because my opinions on what most people do with such mainstream things
stance, rice, etc
I like to avoid that shit, would rather not associate myself with those kinds of things
Yea, I don't really care what people do. Its their money, their car
But when people ask me if I'm going to stance or tell me I should do 'x' because its what everyone does with y, then I'd rather go with something where no one will tell me what I should or bat an eye when I tell them my plans
Part of the reason I ended up with a rotary
first gen RX-7s are not really talked about, and everyone seems to avoid rotaries like the plague
No one tells me to do shit to my car, besides the occasional "put a turbo on it" and the rotary haters that tell me to LS swap
Might as well LS swap a Z31 300ZX.
It would make more sense. Those V6s weren't great by any standard... even then.
Nissan fans are a small, but dedicated bunch.
but I am contemplating rotary or L24 swap because as you said, those motors weren't all that great
Still it only made about 140 horsepower in the 300ZX... 10 fewer than the Maxima.
I think I got the numbers off, but the base engine made about 10 fewer horsepower than the Maxima.
That's all I really remember.
I'd believe it
but tbh, I don't really care
as long as it doesn't break, sounds good, and picks up decently, then I'll be satisfied
only real fear I have with getting a Z31 is that the motor won't pick up good enough for me
But that's where an L24 or a rotary come in. I still like the chassis
At this point. I'm more than happy with my Corolla. My next car will more than likely be a utility junker.
Yea, I'm pleased with what I have now as well. Just want to go through with my dumb, opposite of mainstream, ideas
Z31 and FB for cruising. Prius for daily driver. Previa for utility and winter duty. Truck to rotary swap for fun utility, fun project for learning things, and because I can.
Corolla and a truck or SUV is in my plans.
π
Assuming I get a job this year.
oof
I just started my job last week. If things go well, I should be close to getting a house by this time next year.
And then I can get a Previa, Z31, a truck, and start collecting parts for all my cars
Yea. I like vans
getting Previa because I like its styling over modern ones
and mid engine for cool points
Pain to work on, but I wouldn't mind it.
Yea, the Prius is already a pain in of itself
oh, speaking of
I think I know why it makes knocking sounds
oh?
It may be low fuel pressure and/or a bad injector
interesting.
I tried running the engine on 3 cylinders (unplug one injector), and when I gave it gas it ran really smoothly and I didn't hear the knock
It did that every time, even when I alternated which injector was unplugged
at least an injector won't shatter when you try to replace it.
lmao, true
I'm also thinking of doing a compression test and checking the plugs as well, just to get a status update on its health
The ceramic is in there for sure, but the shop said its stuck to the cylinder head. Another reason the knock is likely something else
I know the Prius has gone from Ohio to Oklahoma and vice versa numerous times
Car has been taken care off too much for there to be an actual mechanical issue. Despite my fuck up.
its gotta be coincidental fuel issues or something
Took me a year, but hit 6500 miles.
JZs have become prohibitively expensive
they've been out of production for something like 20 years.
What's poppin
not much... playing my daily gacha
air-cooled Porsches are not boring, they're way more fun than new Porsches
driving an air-cooled Porsche is like nothing else
I guess it's kind of hard to understand what makes them so special if you've never actually had the chance to drive one
it's just such a raw driving experience
it's just such a raw driving experience
@carmine summit I've driven children's toy carts too. I know

I bet air cooled Porsches are fun and cool
But they're not rotaries
Nothing beats the exileration of the top end of a rotary. The power just builds and builds and you hear it scream with a visceral rasp, like the sound of a massive swarm of bees large enough to block out the sun
Not here lmao
I've never seen one in person
Even seeing a modern Porsche is rare, even slightly older and cheaper models from the late 90s/early 2000s
I see Porsches once in a while
New and old
I see a 1974 914 every day because my dad has one
But they're not rotaries
@civic girder nor are they powered by 572 cubic inch chevy big blocks
ahem
Yea, but rotary > big block
I've never seen any rotatory engine car

what's not to like in a 9.4 liter big block?
the world's fastest road car runs on it
()w()
the red victors
if I'm the only one alive, the 572 cu in. engine will be the most loved engine in the world

9.4L of pure freedom
yes

Massive engine in the front... Understeers in to wall
Heavy front can still make you understeer
that doesn't really matter when your car has just ploughed through 2 rabbits, 5 bears, and a family of 4

what
Just remember.
Cadillac made an 8.0 liter engine in the 70s.
It made less horsepower than a modern day Civic Si.
Which has a 1.5T... or hell go back to generations and it still had a NA 2.0.
yes yes
we know
most 70s and 80s cars were underpowered
after the arab oil crisis
dark times
the slant 6es were hideous
This wasn't an inline 6.
This was a big whopping V8. And despite the embargo, Cadillac couldn't mange more than a few horsepower per liter.
i know
Because the American approach to emissions was, "let's just choke it off"
Petty compliance that only compounded an industry's shortfalls and led to the rise of the Japanese.
So then they turned to sketchier means of competition... tariffs and import quotas. And so the Japanese went around the quotas and tariffs by building factories in the US.
In which workers were paid more, the products were better, and the products were made locally.
At least 4 crossovers.
You have the China built Enclave.
The Ecosport competitor, Encore.
oh sorry... no Enclave but Envision.
Or maybe they're both Chinese built.
not a real buick
Real Buick is now Chinese.
we need buicks with 10 gallons to the mile back
Has been since 2010.
You say that, but you wouldn't buy a car that gets fuel economy worse than a heavy duty truck.
why?
Everything that has happened has been an outcome of their own stupidity.
So is the trash bin in the kitchen that hasn't been emptied in a week.

I can buy a Toyota today which is more American than any American brand.
Same for Honda.
I wouldn't mid the old cudas
Arguably a muscle car there.
that glass
Predates the muscle car era by a bit.
yep
Looks wonderful.
it's a nice cruiser
yep
I wouldn't mind a gt car like this
hell, I wouldn't mind the new thunderbird too
That was just a boomer cruiser tho.
this off-white looks pog
That was just a boomer cruiser tho.
@dense shard yeah, absolutely
underpowered boomer cruiser
but it looks beautiful
that wasteful, extravagant shape
Ford built a 1950 transplant without a follow up.
3.8 jag
Nevermind the partsbin usage was atrocious.
That was the issue.
The center stack was apparently identical to the LS.
yep
Early 2000s Ford interiors were... horrible.
it's a lincoln ls
Not as bad as the 90s.
but pretty
I'm not sure I agree.
Not as bad as the 90s.
@dense shard nothing can match 90s gm in the yuck-factor
That's a low bar too clear.
XD
Because both fell short of Toyota and ... literally anyone else.
All 90s interiors were blah. And Ford/GM/Chrysler stood out from even that.
the 2002 thunderbird
really was never supposed to sell a lot
it's a nostalgia car
for boomers
Not even for boomers.
This was aimed at a generation that was dying out.
true
literally.
Maybe a few boomers bought it because of dad driving them around while drinking nostalgia?
It was only a 2 door at first.
yep
So I imagine father was trying to get away from mom.
What did I walk into
Strangely I kinda like it
i like it too
yet another car with a porthole window
clearly design trends are 100% heading this wauy
clearly design trends are 100% heading this wauy
@fathom socket it's from 2002

its a long time trend what can i say
looks like a testarossa to me
bmw adopted it
it's pure murica
What car is this?
@civic spoke looks like a Plymouth Savoy to me
@civic spoke my guess would be a late 50s Cadillac or something similar
57 ish
Now that I think about it, it probably isn't
Looks like a Bel Air

Quite sure it's a Savoy
All cars from that era look the same to me.
Fins, weird pointless white trim on the lower end, wheel coverings, and weird wrap around windshields.
People bitch about new cars looking the same... ignore the 50s and 60s... and 70s.
Could be half shaft.
Hard to tell with only 2 seconds.
CV joint could be on it's way out, or could be suspension issues.
it felt normal after that and hasnt happened again
do i have to put an /s here
Yes
no but you can get a license to clown for Β£5.99, paypal me
nah ill just say what i like for free thx
That's the sound of you driving over a kid on a bicycle
there was a cyclist approaching but he kindly chose to go behind my car instead of infront
own fault if he did

did a mad drift innit
I'm going to get a new dashcam... After nearly 4 years of usage the battery is dying I think
Also I want one with a capacitor
Capacitor > battery
Not such a fan of a battery hanging behind the windshield in 37Β°C sun sometimes
may have to pay close attention to see it
nah man big drift
Definitely
damn bro u drift like in tokyo
those tyres were useless in every climate
literally tap the accelerator and steering wheel feels like its detached from the wheels

how much hp you got?
Me or ged
~70 at the engine
i did

what is taht like an up?
mines is a Mazda 2
If you're losing control with 70... that's not good.
Literally slight rain, try to accelerate onto a roundabout and im just spinning the wheels
Oof
I have Toyo Proxes TR1's now
that is quite a yikes
I can actually corner without being on edge now
ebic
For some reason it had 2 reasonably nice Maxxis tyres on rear
And 2 different mystery chinese brands on the front
guy at the tyre place was like this ones got tonnes of tread left why you replacing it
Pretty sure they sold it onto some other poor sod as part worn
i know i have a pirreli on one side
i cant remember what else i have
Iirc it's even illegal here to have 2 different tires on 1 axle
i think as long as its the same size here they dont mind
i only remember looking at one tyre and seeing pirreli so probably symetrical
